Recently I was fortunate to receive a free pillow from Sleep number through the smiley 360 program if I went to the store and tried out their new Sleep IQ system. The sales associate was friendly and only very slightly tried to get me to "buy" but he was never disrespectful. I ended up learning a lot from him at that time and a sleep number bed might actually be on our list of considerable mattress to buy from in the near future!
